08/2024 - Solarcan - solarcan.co.uk - Sent me one of their Solarcan Puck kits for free as a thank you for having talked about the standard Solarcan pinhole camera on a TikTok video that went semi-viral. I purchased the standard Solarcan camera and posted the TikTok video on my own before any contact with anyone from the Solarcan company.  

09/2024 - Raspberry Shake - raspberryshake.org - Has not given me any free products or services but after posting about my DIY waterproof enclosure in the raspberryshake.org forums, I was contacted by their marketing director and asked if I’d like to write a post about the enclosure for their blog. That led to a discussion about writing a blog post about the enclosure and the seismic vault that I am building for my Raspberry Shake. I purchased my Raspberry Shake 1D before this but since I have started a working relationship with raspberryshake.org, it’s worth noting given the sell products and services.
